About Lois Hunt

My name is Lois Hunt and I’m the Owner and Chief Appraiser and Hunt Property Appraisal.

In 1989, I made the life changing decision to learn the appraisal trade. After training for several years with a major US Bank, I opened my own business in 1991.

Over the years I have worked with many different banks and mortgage companies, gaining a reputation for quality appraisal work and on-time performance, a necessity in the time-sensitive mortgage lending industry.

My decades of appraisal field experience have given me the knowledge and expertise necessary to provide excellent home valuation products. As a business owner, I have come to understand the absolute necessity of good customer service. I have differentiated myself by working with integrity, professionalism and respect for my clients.
